Who we are
SunGold Botanicals LLC is the brainchild of two long-time Oregonians- Josh Gulliver, compost wizard, cannabis lover, and innovative farmer, and Isaac Daniel, fermentation and value-added goods specialist. Originally one of the first organic hemp processing facilities on the west coast, SunGold Botanicals has grown into a diversified botanical producer, creating artisan extracts, tinctures, salves, teas, oils, salts, creams, and more. SunGold has championed third-party certifications including becoming one of the first Demeter-certified Biodynamic hemp processing facilities in the United States.
Our Facility
Located a mere 4 miles from our fields, our 4000 square foot facility enables us to produce truly local products and contribute deeply to our local economy. Our facility is dedicated organic and all of our products are certified USDA Organic through OneCert, a premier international organic certifier. We provide a number of services for other farms and businesses including contract drying, storage and processing as well as custom product formulation and manufacturering.
Our Products
We are proud to use our self-grown herbs, hemp, and medicinal plants to craft the SunGold Botanicals product line. Our products range from traditional herbal oils with healing herbs like Arnica and Calendula, to healing herbal extracts containing Valerian, Echinacea, and Ginger. All of our hemp-based products use in-house extracted full spectrum hemp oil and are rigously tested for potency and contaminants in accordance with Oregon Department of Agriculture laws.
